From a tester rather than a sales team, with any clarifying questions we need before scoping properly.

A scoping call
Thirty to forty-five minutes with the people who would run the engagement, to agree what the work has to answer.

A written proposal
Fixed scope, fixed cost, dates and deliverables, usually within two business days of the call.
Office regions and coverage
Ion Aegis runs as a distributed practice. Engagements are delivered remotely by testers working in the regions below, and testing windows are scheduled in your local business hours or outside them, whichever suits the systems in scope.

- Engagements scheduled across Eastern, Central and Pacific hours.
- United Kingdom and Ireland
- Coverage aligned to GMT and BST working windows.
- Continental Europe
- Testing windows arranged in CET and EET, including out-of-hours slots.
On-site testing and in-person workshops are arranged by agreement where an engagement genuinely calls for physical presence.
Before you write
Please do not include credentials, access tokens, internal hostnames or customer data in this form. A description of the environment is enough to scope an engagement, and anything sensitive is exchanged over an encrypted channel once we are working together.
